Found a 100 in NY -need help

I posted this out in the general 100 forum, but thought I would post over in the NY forum as well. Help a Midwest member out!!!


I have found exactly what I am looking for in my next 100 series...it is only 1000 miles away from me!! I would love to have a fellow MUD member with some knowledge give me some piece of mind before I take the plunge on it. It is in the White Plains, NY area (Mamaroneck).
