With the latest ebike craze does anyone keep their bike/ebike in their 200 permanently? I would like to keep mine in the cargo area but afraid it might take up too much space. The one I got has 14" wheels and folds in half (31.1 x 15.4 x 23.6 inches), weighs 37 lbs. Was toying with idea of removing one of the back folding seats to fit it upright strapped on a side. I have a bad feeling I'm going to buy a second one for friends.

I haven't been able to figure that out yet but it charges in 4 hours 250W motor and has 7.5Ah battery. It was $340 off ebay so I couldnt resist. Hoping to use 100W plug in cargo area if it doesn't exceed otherwise may use my noco genius.

The charger will have either the watts or amps as well as volts for output on the label (Get your reading glasses, it will be small print.) Volts times amps equals watts, so from the information on the label, you can figure how much power will be needed. If a 7.5Ah battery charges in 4 hours, it will likely draw more than 100 watts.
I have 2 folding bikes we carry with us on camping trips to go exploring when camped. I have them folded up in their carry bags strapped to the cargo area sides using the tie downs and light duty ratchet straps (no 3rd row seats). Works great. They are not e-bikes. My wife had an e-bike she used for years for commuting and loved it.
