Flat towing a FJ62

Gary is Waggoner5? I'm tempted to try it but I want more opinions. Anyone at all have any damage reports from flat towing?
 
Yup one and the same ... Go for it he way the neutral works in your tcase nothing will spin back to the trans ... Trans park, tcase neutral. If your realy worried about it park on a hill put trans in park let off brake you should not move repeat with tcase in neutral and see what happens ;)

I don't have experience with a 62, but have flat towed our 60 with an H55 for years and more miles than I care to recall with no issues.

But I was told that the transfer case should be in 2H when flat towed. This is to keep all the bearings lubed. When in neutral, the gears don't spin and can't splash lube all the bearings. I'm not a transfer case expert, but this is how I've towed with no issue, except it does show miles on the odo while in 2h.
