Looks like I will be making it to Flat Nasty

Just got back from Coal Mine Cruiser Classic this afternoon, and at last nights raffle I won a free ride to FN

looking forward to the party.

Cam

Glad to hear it Cam.....left from Tellico yesterday helping Roger, Rob, Todd on the trails & saw Lance & a few heading that way.

I'm gonna try to make it. Company's restructuring our time-off schedule so have to wait and see the results of that once the dust settles.

:flamingo:

Still not sure if I'll be making it, but did run into Lance, Vince, and the crew on the trails today...It was nice to see a familiar face after dealing with the yahoos who couldn't comprehend that they (and not the 5tons) had to yield the right of way..

They said you were at CMCC. How was the new venue?

In other news...Today shortly after seeing the Iron Pig guys while running blocker for Roger and Rob driving the 5ton dump trucks, I completely bombed Roger's 40. I was going up the new highway known as Fain's Ford :crybaby: when bam I hear this little pop and I got nothing. So I wait for Roger to get there and we drag the 40 to a flat spot with the track-hoe. Still not sure what the issue is, but possible causes are a broke SM465 (we couldn't get the top plate off to see ), snapped spud shaft in the Orion adaptor, or the Orion?? But we had to drag it out with one of the 5tons.

Sorry Roger!!!! First I destroyed your IR 3/8 air ratchet and now this...hmm :shotts:

:bounce:Glad it wasn't me:bounce2:

I would never hear the end of it:flipoff2:

Excellent Cam, look forward to meetin' ya!

All the little issues from last year have been addressed (I hope) and it's look'n like a fine time.

Kowboy, I'm checkin' with Ron this week to make sure we can get the executive type palace into the campin' area. How tall is that sum-beach again?

I was really looking to the next event, Flat Nasty.

Well, to my misfortune it's 17 hrs drive for me, which it's about 1300 miles one way. I already checked it out on mapquest, it sucks. It's way too far for me. My cousin ,who usually comes with me, don't have the time off to come along.

I know Cam and his Buddy drove around the same(17 or so hrs) from their location to the Ramble and those Boys looked tire, so for me I will have to wait for Clayton, which is 12hrs or so away from Brownsville,Tx.

have fun guys

Hey Mike am I going to be able to sign up the buggy or is it toyota only? Greg and I are going to make this if so. Still trying to get the sleeping stuff worked out since I sold the white trash rig.

Kowboy you better make it

this will be the 3rd event and I will be in. That is if you still think I am worthy.

cant wait should be great fun.

cam

you guys tell lance to drive it like he stole cause I took his buggy up to CMCC and I drove the s*** out of it.

Mike ...

I need 8 feet wide and 13 feet high ... y'all start cuttin'. :grinpimp:

Cam ...

If in fact you do make your third event ... we'll take a vote at that time. :flipoff2:

Hope the vote is "yes" since I already got a membership card printed for ya.

s***, now I know who to count on, since your(Kowboy) vote for me was "NO"

No hard feelins Cam. I 've been trying to be part of the WT since prolly 2 years ago and it finally happened for me this year.

Then again, this year our fearless leader mentioned that we, nonmembers, had to show up to at least 3 events to be elegible to become a WT member.

The Ramble was my 3th event. The rest of the WT officers voted "YES" for me and our fearless leader said "NO" and since we are in democracy majority rules!

I have not regret one moment of the long driving that I've done to meet with this rebel group. I see this trips like therapy for my stress

Note to Cam: If you bring a vehicle don't forget to put fuel in it before you get to camp or bring a can filled w/ fuel to fill your junk at camp

if it's empty to go get some into town. This time I don't think I will be there to bail you out or Bodean, then again somebody else might have one.

Unless you want to hear our fearless leader "Sir, that seems like poor planning on your part"

Kowboy expects that from the Mexicans like me and not from the white folks. Ja! Ja! Ja!

Tell you why, David at Gilmer did the same thang and You and Bodean at the Ramble. I guess it's OK to show up without Gas for your vehicle to the park, but don't ever forget BEER & COMFORTABLE CHAIR.

I happened to do that at my first event and I will never hear the end of it. Ja! Ja! Ja!

Bla, Bla, Bla...:D Seems like I remember Cam showing up with a cooler full of free beer, nice donation for the drawing (even if Daren did get his jack off:eek::D), and some fine chairs... Seems like better planning to me too, Sir.

BTW - Sherry and I are trying to make this one. We'll let you know as soon as we do....

Ja! Ja! Ja! Why am I not surprise. I did not see that one coming.
I was expecting Kowboy to reply. Not you Daryl... I see our fearlessleader as some good friends. OK (Thinking, MMMh!)

NO answer to that one Sir!

I guess showing up at the event with a donation for the drawing and a cooler full of free beer does it for me, mostly the free beer, since the WT banner says "FREE BEER TOMORROW"

I will let it go for now, but I will come back. Don't be surprise if I show up to this event.

YOU BETTER SHOW UP WITH MORE THAN JUST 5 GALLONS OF GAS

This is going to turn out to be another great WT event I can see it now.

Cam

Damn, I think I'm learning to read Mexican finally. Still can't speak it though. On a side note, it is a hell of a lot harder to type with stitches in your right index finger. Ardenne was nice enough to stich me up this time. Last trip to get some stitches cost damn near $500!
