Explain flash time. When a can of paint says flash time 15 min what is flash time and do you apply the 2nd coat before flash time or after??

It's the amount of time between susequent coats of primer, top coat, or clear coat. I huge factor in this is the type of reducer your using. They come in fast, medium and slow...depending on the air temperature when doing the actual painting. I like the medium the best...but since it's summer, you may need the slow reducer.
