Flange around my CV Axles got bent when I had them replaced ...

The flange around my CV Axles got bent when I had them replaced with Cardone CVs.
I told the shop I wanted to keep the OEM axles just in case.
Are they OK for rebuilding if I bend back that flange???

That's a dust shield. Straighten it up with whatever tool works best.

Like scuba said - bend it back. Those shields are also available separately.

That shield is the mating surface for the diff seals, so they should be as straight and smooth as possible.
