There is a thread about him on here somewhere. They arent cheap and arent usually the really nice examples that you usually see. From the little bit I have heard its not that hard to get stuff here from down there. Just have to figure out what you want and find a few good contacts in AU.

I would say that would be Turkey's towing on Savannah Hwy. Theres always a right hand drive or 2 on his lot. 89's was right, they're not always the prettiest ones.

yep

turky's towing on savannah hwy right before you cross the ashley river before going into downtown.

yeah, my wife and i stopped by there on the way back from chucktown... one 40 i saw was PRETTY pricey ... was pretty beat up as well ... but i'd love to own as well, haha. wish i had that money ... and unlimited amount of gas as well...

Did you see his 55 Firetruck in the garage. That's his pride, he takes it through the James Island Light Display around Christmas with all his kids in it.

I remember there was a guy in Savannah that had about 6-8 cruisers that he had imported. And he also had a lot of others that could be shipped at any time. I think he is closed now though. Maybe they were called Global Imports or something. Greg French might know, he imported his Troopy here.

I've always loved the old-school Mini's and I've always wanted one (since middle school). I've done a fair amount of internet "window" shopping and comparing prices. Turky's is very pricey for what he's selling. I've never dealt w/ him directly, but he's awful proud of his inventory. Best of luck though.
