FJ80 power steering whine

What causes the steering whine especially on startup? Is it a suction hose leak? Sort of sounds like that. Only has 130K miles. Any special hose and fittings to buy?

Before to buy any special stuff, check your fluid level and make sure you don’t have air in the system.
