FJ70 - left hand drive diesel - CA plates?

A new neighbor has 2 Telsas (S & X) in the garage, but these are outside. The house seems to be being remodeled, I have not met the neighbor. I see these when I walk the dogs.

I saw a guy driving one of the Teslas and did not recognize him. It does look like his Tundra...

Mike is the only one I know with all 4 of those vehicles so was my best guess. Quite a stable of vehicles either way!
