Looking for either a VERY clean 60, 62 or 80 (3FE) to put my 2H + H55F into.
Paint is not as important, but MUST be original, no resprays. I am looking for 100% zero rust.
If a 60 or 62, I'd just do a body swap. So, the body must be damn near perfect. No major dents. Motor and transmission can be out, not running, or high mileage. Condition of the frame is irrelevant as I would not be using it. Dash and seat condition would be a factor, though not critical. Carpet is 100% irrelevant.
If an 80, I'd need the mileage to be lower because the axles and frame would be kept, and I would do a powertrain conversion.
I would also consider a 44 body, but the price is likely to be prohibitive. In a fantasy, I'd even consider a 45LV, but it would have to be a clean body, and that's not going to be affordable.
