Just desmogged my '87 FJ60 and have the resulting parts for sale. As far as I know, everything was working ok. The truck had 185K miles on it and all the remaining VCVs, HAC, etc valves worked when I reinstalled them.

I've got:

Smog pump
spaghetti tubing
EGR valve
EGR Vacuum modulator
Air injection system
Related hoses & clamps
Air rail - I used the chisel method to remove it, so it's likely unusable. Just pay shipping and it's yours
Air injectors - These are rusty but likely fine, they came out easily

PM me an offer for whatever anyone needs and I'll get it sent out.

The rest of the parts were working so I dont have a reason to believe it isnt.

You'd have to look in the emissions manual; separate from the FSM.
