Wanted FJ60 rear hatch Grommet OR replacement part ideas

Looking for the Grommet below. Has anyone found an alternative to this grommet? Another post suggests this is the part number 82819-90a00 GROMMET, WIRING HARN.

Pictures below are not mine, but help identify the part I need. Ideas of substitutes are also welcome.
