They have a heep run to palo duro canyon (just outside of Amarilo and way cool) , why don't we get a cruiser run going. I'll come.

Yeah, I've thought about that. It is on a private ranch and the local Heep club has a lease on it. Maybe I could check around if there was interest. Some great wheeling I understand all the way from mild to rollovers every year. Also , cowboy breakfast served out of chuckwagons. Cool. ;p

Damn, Nice pics! Did you get that deer?

Yeah, got him with a camera! Owner currently not allowing deer hunting. These deer have not been hunted in 40 yrs plus. I walked up 30 yards from this bad boy and he just looked at me. We were not even hunting; just saw him from the 60 and stopped and got out. Could have shot him with a pistol maybe.

It doesn't matter whether it's dry or not 118 is fawkin hot.

DocB,
Are there thoughts of a limited opening of this ranch?

Doc,
Your making me home sick? I miss Texas now more than ever, it just started to snow. It's sticking and melting and getting everything wet. It also means that soon they will start salting the road which will turn eleanor from sliver to that horrible red/brown that i didn;t have to worry about until now. Enjoy the weather and eat some decent food for me, everything here is so bland.

Happy trails,
Patrick

Hey, Chicago is a cool big city. Good restaraunts on Rush street. Don't feel too bad, it snowed here in West Texas yesterday, and its flooding in Dallas through Houston. The key is to make some good friends; there are good people everywhere you just have to know where to look, and it usually takes me a couple of years to make friends after a move. There's a cruiser club up there, right? (Like Windy city cruisers or something). LC people are usually diverse and fun to hang out with.

How much did he pay for the ranch?

Where do I go to view the pics? and How much did your friend pay for the 200,000 acers?

Sorry I asked that question twice.
