I have the back part of a good FJ60 bench, clean, PORed, with a good grey aftermarket upholstry. The upholstry is not on currently, and has holes cut for headrests, however, the seat is not set up for headrests. The metal brackets that hold the rear carpet to the seat are included.
I got this from installing a FJ62 rear bench into my truck, so it is the combination of the old 60 rear seat, and the 62 upholstry. Both are in good shape.
