Are 60 and 62 grills the same?

Or better question, besides the bezels, grill, and obviously new lights, what else to swap a 62 to the round lights?

If the grills are the same how much to ship it to Maryland, 20879? I want to paint my current but want a spare if it doesn't come out as planned.
