I am looking for some FJ55 rear springs.
Stock or 2.5" springs preferable.

Willing to pay shipping to Salt Lake 84103.

I'll have a set but they're under the piggy right now. I'll be heading to SoCal in March where I'll be getting a lift for the piggy.

I have one pair of rear FJ55 springs elft, stock, came from a truck with 55K miles on it. Price $75 plus shipping from PA zip 17925. Shmukster

I will keep these in mind.
Shipping is a bit much.

Would you be willing to ship them when you get to SoCal?

Once they are swapped out, yes! But I'll probably pick up the lift in SoCal and since I don't live there I'm not sure where I could swap out the suspension.

Anyone want to offer a shop for a day or so? Probably in the LA area since that's where SOR, MAF and all the rest of the 'Cruiser stores are.

I recommend staying as far away from Man a breath as possible. I went with their "Sosorry err Safari suspension lift" 4" and I am absolutley, thoroughlyand completely dissatisfied. I've had their "sosorry" for 4-5 years now, and the springs are way too short. The shackle angle is inboard, instead of outboard [meaning;- the shackle tilts from the hangar, toward the axle] causing the spring to have to overcome vertical. Can't explain clearly, but, it is the crappiest damn ride you can imagine other than welding you axles straight to your frame. The springs have not sagged, as I hoped they would, so that the shackle angle would be in it's proper range. Danger, Warning,Caution,Stayback, and save yourself the $1,200 bucks. I REALLY miss my stock riding 55.
Check out what other Piggy owners have done first. Wish I had, but I was determined to keep SUA. BIG mistake!!!

Good Luck and keep us posted

Livermore, I'm thinking a milder lift of only 2 1/2" or so. The '55 is NOT a bush buggy. If you see a clean looking white and green '55 with the wrong front signal lights on I5 in March, that would be me!
