not the factory bumper, unsure of it's origin but nice looking and professionally made i'm guessing.... it's an approx. 6" diameter pipe, was painted about 3 years ago, factory toyota silver color for '71... would probably make a good air tank...it's a pretty burly unit. it has two tiny dents on the passenger side and some paint chips on the ends near the tires. not sure about price make me an offer? tried to upload pics but my file size is too large, if interested email me and i can send them to you... mookie7971@bellsouth.net
