I used 60 springs also, WB is stretched to 103". Have not driven it yet, as I am still in the building stage.
Rockcod what did you use for the front spring hangers on the rear springs. It looks like they're tucked up. Pics? And just a little info I picked up from the spring shop, if you flip your springs around, you will get more axle wrap. Looks good!

The front mounts I made and put them outside the frame rails and I used Jonny Joints for the rear mounts. I flipped both sets of springs around and I am going to put in an anti-wrap bar. I will get some photos of the mounts for you.

I am running a T350 and dual mini t-cases (very long combo) to a mini truck axle, so I was forced to move everything back. I still have a hell of an angle at the rear pinion, had a new rear DS made with a cardan joint and aimed the pinion straight at the t-case.

Here are some photos of the mounts.

I still need to gussett the top of the front mount to prevent any flexing, I sleeved the frame rail and through bolted the spring pin.

Hey Rockcod how bout a pic of the front hangers from the rear? How did you compensate for the taper of the frame rails? Those hangers are nice, up out of the way and you can have some arc to the springs without too much lift. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with gardening crap in my shop!

You would be amazed at what I have in my garage. Between the kids and the wife, I barely have enough room for the important stuff, like, the Cruiser, the dirt bikes, a mini chopper, tools, welder, tubing bender..........

This is the only pic I have of the rear springs.

Thanks. I was reffering to the front hangers though. What did you do about the taper of the rails?

can someone post up pics of the rear shackle hanger of this setup?

What are you talking about? 45 or 60 springs? Heres 45s.
This was my first try, after wheeling though I had to move it back an inch or 2 because the shackle angle was to much. I ended up gusseting it on the bumper. Let me know if you want an updated pic. I will have to take one.
