looks like a 60 series rear heater to me
Think that looks exactly like the one in my 87 60.
That looks exactly like the one in my 45
On the 2 FJ60 rear heaters I have the tubes come out of the heater and run straight down (through the floor boards). The heater in my '82 FJ40 ran toward the front like the one in the pic. The late 40 and FJ60 heaters are all very similar with only slight changes to the housings (for mounting position) and tube routing (through the firewall on 40/45s, through the floor on 60s). I think what you have is a FJ45 heater.
