FJ45 LWB Replacement

Has anyone ever thought; what would be a good canidate for replacing a FJ45 frame without too many modifications? I would like to replace mine but the cost or availability are imposing there will upon me.
If anyone has any thoughts on this post up your ideas.

FJ-55

At one time I believe Todd from Aqualu mentioned that a FJ-55 frame was close to a FJ-45 frame and would work with some mods. This was before they started making FJ-45 frames. Do you have access to a FJ-55 frame? It was something my Dad was interested in doing as a project, never did it. I'm sure you can find both frame specs here on Mud to compare. good luck.

BTW this info is from a 1980 FSM. What year is your FJ-45?
