FJ45 fuel tank locations?

after much cursing and waiting I had finally retrieved my 67 FJ45 tank from the repair shop and temporarily installed it so I could move the truck into the garage for some de-greasing and cleaning.

Last night I pulled the tank back out to clean the floor under it to find it STILL LEAKING so I've had enough!!!

I need ideas for a alternate location for a Summit fuel cell or something similar. The first problem that comes to mind is the fuel filler and tha fact that if it's mounted between the frame rails under the truck how the hell do I access it without cutting a hole in the bed.
The second idea was for a cell mounted in the bed for easy access but I'm not sure I like that idea either.

How about under the floor of the bed, near the front? I've often thought about putting an auxillary tank there myself. Seems like there's plenty of room, nice flat mounting surfaces too.
