Looking for an old cruiser in the east coast for the title to get my project street legal. Any help out there

you can get a new york or alabama title for it and do it legal through a notery in the back of any car book there are people that advertise for this there is a catch but dont remember what it is good luck from gigard pa

How soon do you need it? If it can wait a few months, I'll have a 76 title, frame and body plate you can have for $300. If you like, I can just cut out the frame section so it saves on shipping.
