This is not my carrier, I was reading a WantAd up here in Maine and this ad was posted.
"Toyota Land Cruiser, FJ40 swing away spare tire carrier, $25.00 Call after 7pm ask for Bruce. 207-862-5816 Hampden, Maine."
I don't know what condition it's in or even if it's a good price, but I know I saw a thread in chat a few days ago and someone wanted one. I am close enough to go look and even take pictures if someone is interested.
