has anyone put a 4 door fj body made by aqualu.com for the 80 series on a 100 series

I'm going to take a guess and say you may be the first if you did it. The closest I've seen is that stretched/widened 40-series body that got stuck on a 100-series years ago, but that's not exactly the same thing since that was a very custom build to make the body wider.

Usually people stick those on an 80 series frame, obviously since they're an older and cheapish to acquire vehicle - but it's already setup for the solid axle. I supposed if you went IFS on the FJ40 you'd get a lot of haters, but it's your vehicle.

Just out of curisoity- can these be made road worthy? On their site it says "designed for off road use only".

For DOT approved stuff, the company has to pay big $ for testing and paperwork in order to get that stamp of approval from the Fed. This is why a very large % of aftermarket automotive stuff says "designed for off road use only". Most companies aren't big enough to validate these expenses, but a large company such as ARB does.
