Fj40 hood identification

Hey guys bought a 78 fj40 and it came with a hood that is in dang near perfect condition. Trying to determine if this is a aftermarket hood or Toyota. It does not have any markings on it that I can see. Looks like nothing has been mounted to it besides the rear hinges at one point.

Looks correct to me, even the rust appears OEM. Not an expert or a purest, seems like a good find.

Yah it’s too bad that was the side that was down and moisture collected luckily it’s on the bottom and just surface.

Looks to be a 1/75-8/76 hood. 8/76 an extra flange was added front center where it arches up to stiffen the hood. The earlier one piece hood has two small pieces spot welded for the windshield latches when not in use.

Is there any way to tell if it’s OEMvs?
Going to be posting this for sale and want to give a honest listing. Thanks in advance.

I would compare how it's made to the one in the 78. Minus the extra flange in the front center it should look like it was constructed the same. Other than a paper tag not sure anything would have any type of marking from Toyota.
