Very easy to install the felt and window sweeper: you can't even install them the wrong-way round because the rear latch is off-centre and will not let you press the felt into place incorrectly. You will need to trim it just about 1/2" as City Racer gives your a bit extra thankfully.
Remember that the frame is painted a dark pewter from Toyota (similar to the rims), not black.
The hardest part is installing the new rubber trim around the frame. It glues on, but doesn't press or snap in place. So getting it to sit well while the glue cures is very tricky: not getting glue on your newly painted frame is even trickier.
