partially dis-assembled but just needs to be bolted back together. no bearings were removed or pressed out so no biggie. always been stored indoors so no rust issues either. it's complete and in good shape, located in stockton CA. would rather not ship but i can if we have to. might be able to work out something with delivery in the greater bay area/sacramento area or even L.A.
