The big issue we have is that the OEM and vintage air just dont put out enough air to cool the beast well. With the 62 AC the volume will be such that the entire truck can really get cold.

yea i took mine out of my fj55/71.it was doing no good

Oh yeah, the PICs above are just mock ups. The finished system will be all shiny and new.

How much leg room is left for the passenger? Any pics with a person sitting there? It looks killer, nice job.

There is more room than it looks like. We fabbed the vent tube so we could avoid the 62 blower box and allow more foot room.
