I did offer 15 and seller is entertaining and my financial backer aka dad is backing out 
from those pics, i can see only one problem, it's not in my driveway

$15k sounds fair…but at that relatively low mileage, the owner better have some verifiable maintenance and upkeep records. Of course a well kept original interior & minimal frame and body rust is an obvious I WANT IT, be aware that responsible Owners who KNOW vintage Land Cruisers , KNOW maintenance and upkeep, AND that includes owners prior to the seller. Even with a better than basic mechanical aptitude, these animals can be dangerously 401-K drainers! You have a dad with a fully functioning brain.
