Okay :(

My camera is toast after the swim last week, so no pictures, but here's what's happened:

- got a Hi-Steer kit from Iron Pig Offroad
- didn't fit the pitman arm, so they offered to ream it out for me, still waiting for it to come back

- got new shocks, didn't fit well and didn't get along with the hi-steer kit
- so I've cut off the front shock pins and welded them on a couple inches out of the way.
- on the back I'm going to add a shim with a new shock pin between (under) the spring and the axle, simultaneously extending the shocks a couple inches, rotating the rear axle a little, and moving the shocks out of the way of the...

- making a new sway bar

Also
- the tailgate is in little pieces now and I'm searching for a new handle, (old one's busted) and I'm having a key made because I don't have one. Otherwise it's in pretty good shape.

And finally
- I'm re-upholstering the front bench seat. It was nasty.

Meanwhile, the grill and headlight thingies (technical term) have been de-rustified and painted silvery grey, the oil pan has been welded up, painted, and re-attached (also had to shorten the sump tube a hair) and I fixed up the cover over the shifters.

And that's about it.

And I will get pics eventually.
