At glance of the front diff it does look like pinion seal or otherwise third member gasget. However, it apperas to be comming from above. I, as far as I can tell, am one of the few 3fer 80s 'still'-so I'll chime in. I am guessing all that oil is from changing the oil filter. 1FZfe is at the block sideways whereas the 3fe is "upside down" and runs through an oil cooler. Am I right on the 1FZ guys? I had that when I first bought mine-cleaned it up and made an oil drip shield out of an empty 5 qt. oil container for use during oil changes. No signs now.
Check the coolant hose comming from the oil cooler ( black-or in your case oily-sideways rectangular thingy below the oil filter) forward to the radiator. If it is mushy, I'd replace it. Oil can do a number on coolant hoses over time.
Oil along the bell housing and tranny is probably from the oil pan gasget. check the bolts and nuts along the oil pan-some are likely only hand tight. You can tighten all the way around a bit-but don't go much over 12-15 ft-lbs of torque. You can squeeze out the cork gasget material. This is also a common oil sign on the F series engines that have been soccer mom/typical SUVs for the LC laymen. It most often appears at both ends of the oil pan around the "hoop" of the gasget. Not much to worry about in my honest opinion IMHO.
As far as transfer case near theoutput shaft; That is tell tale of a bad o-ring in the speedo going into the side of it-no worries. There is a 12mm (8mm) bolt attaching it to the case on the bottom side. Remove that and pull out. The o-ring sits in a small groove approx. in the middle of the machined casing. It is likley flat all the way around, hard, and may hardly be protruding beyond the groove. Replace. Not sure Toyota price but you can get out of the hardware store for less than a buck.
