The roll bar will be too wide because of the double wall above the wheel wells and too tall. The feet on my roll bar were rusted out so I did not mind cutting them off. Made new feet to set mainly inboard of the roll bar legs because of the double wall tub. I just cut a section out of the top middle to get the width. Also made the roll bar narrower than needed to allow easier inside window washing.

For the wiring to the rear markers I kept the wires on the frame like stock then up through the little storage area I added and into the double wall area all just out-board of the frame. Then used a fish to bring them around the corners to the marker light holes. Also I am using the roll bar as an antenna but do not want to call it a success until I have driven/tested it more.

Honestly I am not sure why I am not running markers - just thought perhaps I would like the looks without them and had really them forgot about them until you brought them up.
But I would like to know what you are thinking "As a gozzard tub owner I know the answer"? just curious also do/did you see the same problems with your tub as I found with mine.

Our Pre-75 Tubs have a different striker... So catching belt loops isn't the same problem.

Great work... How did you square up the door? Did you give Gozard feedback?

It certainly gives me pause, if this is the norm.

I did talk via e-mail with gozzard and he did offer to send out a new gas tank filler neck cup. His answer to the B-pillar problem's "Fret not... it will look bad on the first attempt but that is why we are fitting eveything together. It is the over all look that we want, not the individual details... the small details all come together as the big pieces all fall into place.".

As i said in an earlier post post we all have a different view on what is acceptable and I quite talking to him.

The thickness of the tub prevents the accessibility of the reflector light studs. Plus, I like the look without them.

Thanks for the tip on the roll bar and marker lights...

Nice work. I just started a similar project. Currently I am wrestling in my mindmind with how to deal with the tank. I want to mount it to the frame like you did but I also want to preserve the ability to "bend" the tub over the homemade cross bracket which I am told is needed to get the door jams right. Can you email or post more pictures and details on your solution? Much appreciated!
