might as well have the best ( and most expensive townie on planet earth )
They are pretty sweet bikes. I haven't seen one in person, but from the pictures, the details and craftsmanship is top notch. I personally wouldn't buy one, just because my daily rider is a cargo bike, and my $3k will be spent on a custom steel/Ti frame, but from the standpoint of everyday rider and a beautiful work of art, Shinola's really shine.
Price wise, some of you may think it's over-priced, and it may be a little bit, but look at any US-made bikes out there. They don't come cheap. You can't compare these to Trek or Giant.
