I'm sorry for the delay in getting a tutorial together. I found a pretty good one online:
FileZilla Tutorial

It would be exactly the same for your own ftp area's, but use the username, password, and host I provided to you.

We all love to go wheel, but when we can't make it on a run, the next best thing to being there is all the great pictures and video that poeple bring back. This will be a big help for getting all of that available through the list.
