fiberglass is sharp!!!

So I was backing my 8' wide trailor into my 7'11" gate. After I squeezed the trailor thru I feel a thud. Driver side fender flare took a lick on the gate. Well now I'm pissed and proceed to take the flare off. Did I mention that fiberglass is sharp? Sliced my right birdie finger pretty deep. If my super glue doesn't hold I'm gonna have to go see a doc. Del's gonna shoot me.
