FEELER: Small chunk of land near KS Rocks

I have a piece of land at Hidden Valley Lakes very close to KS Rocks and I think I'm going to get rid of it since I never use it.

It's not very big, but it's large enough to allow several people to camp on.

I have to pay some dues on it ($150 year), but after that I think I'm going to look into getting rid of it. The dues pay for a golf membership (decent 9 hole course) and for "maintenance" of the beach/lake.

I think it's plat 10, lot 93.

Would anyone have any interest in taking it?

I may just give it away to anyone interested.

land baron aint all its cracked up to be my friend....we have owned well over a thousand acres of ground....great investment...made some great returns...finally down to a managable 300 acres or so...lots of headaches...good luck...
