Fairly new fan clutch About 1,000 miles on it. I have no overheating issues but I noticed the fan spins with resistance when cold. But driving and getting up to temp., if I shut off the engine I can spin the fan freely . Little or no resistance. Is the fan clutch bad?- thanks!
