FaKebook Ad - Touch Mudder

So if you're on Facebook you've seen the ad called 'Touch Mudder'. I just happen to click the link and found out this is a pretty cool event. In part they support the 'Wounded Warrior Project'. Found out this is a 10 mile course running in the mud with obstacles along the way. Obstacles designed by the British Special Forces. Why not designed by US Navy SEALS you ask: well they're busy killing terrorist.

O, and the course is at Badlands off road park in Attica.

The run is scheduled for Nov 19th and 20th. I'm running on the 20th.

The event asks for $150 donations to support the WWP but it's not mandatory. I have pitched in $50 and I'm asking for more donations if you want.

I'm in Minneapolis right now but the week of Oct 31st I'll be in Chicago. Beers on me if you donate, I'll meet you after work (or sometime) at Rock Bottom in Naperville.
I'll hit Indy sometime if you would like to help out.

Running at the cliffs has got to mean about 30 steps to the yard of forward movement.

...in wheeling we can leave Tony behind if we want..this event was no man or woman left behind

...in wheeling clothes come off at will for Tony on trail and mandatory at camp, for this event they come off because of the course obstacles
