Fair price?

Hello fellow Cruisers,

I have been eyeing to trade my 4Runner in for a newer, likely 03+ 100 for a while. I came across this one from Autotrader and I would like your feedback...

It is a CPO 2003 with 69k miles with all the options. Stealer wants $35,599 for it. Honestly I am thinking $28k + fees. I am trying to ask stealer if we are even close before going there for a test drive. So would you guys think I am totally out of my mind or not?

a fair price from the dealership would be some where in between, youre too low, the dealer is too high. negotiate your deal, if youre not happy with it, then dont buy it.
