See if you can buy the oil filter mount seperately. Then, I would buy some standard sized lenght braided brake lines w/ metric fittings from your local hardware store. A local race shop should have or could order them. I'd buy 4 brass elbows for easier routing around the header/ downpipe.
 
Not exactly sure if the 68 and the 67 are the same as for the oil system, mine had the large canister on the side of the engine.

Anyway, I removed the two fitting from the engine block, replaced them with standard brass fittings, pipe thread to compression (3/8 compression), that I screwed right into the block, and they have held for about thirty years until I replaced the engine.

Mounted the remote oil filter to the firewall that takes a standard spin on cartridge.

I need to do the same oil canister swap to spin on filter style. Does anyone know where to get the spin on adapter and hoses like Jerry D’s set up in the picture above?
