there are the other tail lights that have been on market but get less than stellar reviews. wondering if anyone here got any of the above lights installed?

Im not the most helpful, but Id recommend checking out ClubLexus.com GX subforum if you have not.

Thats all they seem to talk about over there aside from tires and rain guards.

Yeah this place is a little more function > form most of the time.

The OEM Lexus lights are all pretty fantastic as they are. Adding lumens is typically done with auxiliary lighting in bumpers, cowl, rack, ect.

For instance those rear reverse LEDs are surely bright AF....they appear to ditch the reflectors and that seems like a poor life choice / unnecessary risk / lawsuit waiting to happen.
