Looks like I will be wheelin' even less this year. My wife and I finally purchase a home in Ladner. Typical BC box in great shape with a large 2 car garage. Could probably fit 4 40 series in it. If you need storage the BJ40 (or 42) must be in good working order, insured with me as the primary driver and keys left for me to safe gaurd. It's not like I'll get out to use them. I'll probably just sit in them and do this :steer:

Congrats!

I purchased my place almost 3 years ago now and I still hardly am able to go wheeling lol. At least you have room to park trucks and make truck sounds with..... :steer:

Welcome to the joys of owning a money pit without wheels. :flipoff2: Even when nothing broke it is going to cost you big bucks cause women get that nesting thing going in high gear as soon as they think they own a home. They are also particularly good at tearing s*** apart when you are away so you have to replace it. :bang:

Yes. We already have phase 1 and phase 2 plans.

Congratulations on the new home. I need to start dumping more money on the house too, why does it give me a sinking feeling? Enjoy!

You poor, poor bastard .... I mean CONGRATULATIONS!!! :D
at least now you will have a yard, where, with any luck, and if you can find whatever kind of fertilizer Kim has, you'll have Cruisers growing in no time!

I suspect his fertilizer is very expensive
