Even ARB isn't perfect

Are these picking errors or labeling errors?

According to Eric, the helpful ARB shipping mgr, most bumpers are shipped loose from Oz and boxed and labeled in WA. The box had the right number in red magic marker but the wrong bumper....so it was mislabeled.

Two days ago, I was a little upset...but no big deal

Yesterday at 8:20am PST, Eric was going to send a new unit, mistakes happen, the world is once again in a greased groove

Today I asked for a tracking number and was told "We were too busy to get it out yesterday, today for sure"

(Begin rant).......sigh.....(end rant)

I should have ordered the Slee when I had the chance....I will not repeat this mistake
