I received my Escape Gear seat covers (rear only) today for my 2018 LC and went straight out into the garage to install them.

While the installation was fairly intuitive for the most part, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put on the armrest cover.

Anyone with a 16+ LC done the install? If so, would you please take some pics of how the thing is supposed to fit??

I'd be happy to except my truck is currently at Valley Hybrids getting a spa treatment. If I recall, it just slides over the top of the console? Maybe try your best, take a photo, and then it'll jog my memory enough to help.
 
I just cant see how it will fit and have the arm rest still functionable (use of cup holders, etc.

Oh, I thought you meant the front armrest. It's hard to tell for sure but that piece looks like it belongs on the rear of the seat... not the armrest. Those two squares on the top would be where the headrest fits.

Also, I'm pretty sure the piece for the armrest has elastic bands similar to the piece used for the front console cover (though after re-reading I see you have the rear-only set).
 
I am certain the two holes are for the top where the head rest goes. In that position, there is no way (that I can tell) to put it on and still use the fold out arm rest. I would think it would be made so the cup holders and rest could still be used. I will email Kristin at Equipt and see if she has any insight. I am wondering if the cover I got is for an older 200 or different (non US) model?
 
You should have two pieces for that section. One for the rear + headrest and another for the armrest. I have two pieces on mine. If you don't have another piece lying around then definitely follow up with Kristin. There are some photos in my build thread somewhere that will show you the middle row... will post if I can find the photos.
 
My package only came with one piece for the armrest. That certainly could be problem! Thanks for the heads up. I'll reach out to her now. If I ever figure things out, I'll post finished pics!
