Error keeps popping up

When I change threads, I get this error message:

Error: document.getElementsByTagName(...)[0}is undefined

Is there something I need to do to eliminate this error message?

hmmm...strange...I've yet to see that appear at all...perhaps clear your browser cache?

Still pops up! It says "java script application" above the error message. I cleared caches, temporary files, history, etc. I know enough about computers to be dangerous. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
