Engine Stalls when connecting battery

I have a 06’ Lx470 75k miles and recently if I disconnect the battery and reconnect it, then try to start the engine it will try to run for a half second then stall and shut off.

Cranking it a second time the engine will fire up right away no idling issues whatsoever and continue to do so. It’s only if the battery is disconnected when this will happen.

Any idea what the issue is?
