Engine Rattle When Idling + 2 Clunks When Accelerating (1 Viewer)

I tried to get some belts for replacement and noticed that my PS pump is the only thing making noise. I tightened the pump up and loosened it but it seems that doesn't help either way.

I do notice that the pump does have some movement... I can pull it in and out just a tad. Is there anyway of diagnosing a bad PS pump?

Tightened what on the pump?

Sorry tightened the belt on the PS pump (moving it up and down to increase/decrease tension on the belt.

So I just replaced all the belts. The PS pump is definitely quieter but still makes some whine when I lock the steering side to side.

I think may tighten up the belt some more.

Is there any way I could overtighten the belt? I feel like I should know this...
