Engine Noise

Engine noise that sounds like a turbo spooling, very wispy, gets faster with RPMs, any thoughts? I just changed out the serpentine belt so maybe a pulley or something?

Did you replace the tensioner and idler pulley when you replaced the serpentine belt? Its likely that one of those is on it's way out.

Just got finished up replacing both, no fix. Any other thoughts?
