Engine Noise Issue 2019 LC (1 Viewer)

This is my sister's land cruiser. 46,000 miles 2019.

She has had issues with engine noise for two months and it was at the local Toyota dealer for one month. The valve cover was removed on the driver's side for inspection of the valve train with no issues supposedly found. Please help as the engine sounds terrible. Any advice will be helpful.

I have a '19 with ~37k miles. I listened to it idle a few days ago. Sounds like it always does, your recording seems similar.
I have a stockpile of 0w-20 (4 changes), when that's gone I'll evaluate 5w-20 or 5w-30
Wish I could help more. Dealer can't sell you anything? That's a first. Blackstone can't hurt. Done 4 on my rebuilt 80, they are good for early detection

Get under and inspect the exhaust to see if a tweaker started to cut off a CAT but fled for some reason. A small leak?
