Engine feedback

I recently started to notice engine feedback that's felt trought the gas pedal when I accelerate mostly uphill. Nothing major, not a vibration, just feels like a gas pedal is directly connected to the engine. Truck has only 80k miles. What do you guys think it could be?

If you’re feeling something in the gas pedal, it could be a number of things. What’s the maintenance history of the engine, transmission and drivetrain? Have the propeller shaft zerks ever been lubed? If it’s only under heavy acceleration, I’d look first at the drivetrain?

I've baselined it around 1000 miles ago when I bought it. All fluids have been changed (oil, trans, diffs, tc), spark plugs, filters. Prop shaft have been lubed too. Need to probably test the mounts.
